FAQs for Individuals
From NewBee Nutrition Founder and CEO, Marcus Baxby.
Do you offer Meal Plans?
Not really. We do not offer prescriptive meal plans (i.e you can only eat these three meals every day), for the simple reason that we want you to be able to live your life, and not be restricted in what you can eat.
Through our services, we teach you principles, and let you structure your methods around your own life. We do, however, as part of our wider services, offer ideas of meals that will help you reach your goals, and these are flexible, interchangeable and can be adjusted depending on your goals and preferences.
But I want a Meal Plan?
Go elsewhere, get an over-priced cookie cutter plan from a random Instagrammer with a ‘good body’, and I’ll see you back here in three months... or sooner.
If you’re the sort of person that needs telling what to do, you need personalised one to one coaching, not a meal plan. We offer a personalised coaching programme, where we leave no stone unturned to help you to reach your goals.
I’ve tried diets before and they haven’t worked – what makes you different?
There are two likely reasons that your previous diet hasn’t ‘worked’.
Either you have stuck to the diet, reached a short-term goal, and then not known what to do next, OR you haven’t been able to stick to the diet because it’s been unrealistic and not suited to you. Sound familiar?
At NewBee Nutrition we set you up with the knowledge that you need to achieve long-term results, and create a diet that works for you, for life.
I’ve got a busy lifestyle, work schedule, social life, family commitments – do I have time to commit to managing my nutrition?
Yes. You are exactly who we specialise in helping. I spent 8 years in a corporate environment, with a hectic work and social schedule, whilst trying to keep on top of my health and nutrition. I made plenty of mistakes along the way, and I’m here to help you to avoid those same mistakes, and teach you the principles of achieving long-term results with your health, body composition and fitness.
Are any foods off limits?
In principle, no. Our philosophy is that there is room for every food [notwithstanding celiac or lactose intolerance], including those that you might not deem to be ‘healthy’.
This is not, however, an excuse to eat like an idiot.
Allowing yourself a degree of flexibility is healthy, eating nothing but junk food is not.
I’m not interested in losing weight, I just want to perform better in my sport.
Great, we are here to help. We help clients with performance goals, as well as body composition and health.
Whether you’re an amateur or semi-pro sportsman, weekend cyclist, occasional race runner, weekday CrossFitter, or simply want to feel and perform better in the gym, we specialise in helping ‘Corporate Athletes’ like you.

Who is the service not for?
We do not work with kidney disease patients, Type 1 Diabetics, those requiring tube feeding, or those under the age of 18.
If you do not fall into the above categories, Apply for Help to see if we can help you.
